1. Delivery Zones

Pierre Gasly Trading SAS ships worldwide. Orders placed on https://www.pierregasly.com/ can be delivered to metropolitan France, European Union member states and internationally.


2. Delivery Times

The following times are average estimates in business days from the date of dispatch. They are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier and customs clearance constraints.


Metropolitan France

Estimated delivery time: 2 to 3 business days.


Europe

Estimated delivery time: 3 to 7 business days.


International (outside EU)

Estimated delivery time: 7 to 15 business days.


A confirmation email including the parcel tracking number is sent to the customer upon dispatch. Tracking is also available from the "My Account" section on the Website.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, volume and destination of the order. They are clearly displayed before the final order confirmation.


4. Receipt and Inspection

Upon delivery, the customer is invited to check the apparent condition of the parcel and Products. In the event of visible damage at delivery, the customer must:

  • Note their reservations on the delivery note provided by the carrier.
  • Contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt at support@pierregasly.com.


No claim regarding the apparent condition of the parcel will be accepted after signing the delivery note without reservations.


5. Missing or Lost Parcel

In the event of an abnormal delay or non-delivery beyond the maximum 30-day period, the customer is invited to contact customer service at support@pierregasly.com so that an investigation with the carrier can be opened.


6. Out-of-Stock Products

In the event of a product being unavailable after order confirmation, the customer will be notified by email and may choose between a replacement product of equivalent value or a full refund within 30 days.
